QC originally started back when the program was still run under Adrenaline Lacrosse as Quad Cities. Now, QC Lacrosse Club is run independently, and we play other local teams in Southern California. In a typical season, our teams will compete against clubs from Temecula, Murrieta, Coronado, San Marcos, Chula Vista, El Cajon, La Mesa, and other local communities.
QC Lacrosse Club was started to create an opportunity for our athletes to play lacrosse during the off-season (when their high school teams are not in season). One of our favorite things about this team is that our athletes come from a handful of different schools (including Rancho Bernardo, Westview, Mt. Carmel, Del Norte, and Mission Hills, to name a few), and are able to come together over the course of a season to become teammates and friends.
Our mission is to provide a positive and competitive learning environment for lacrosse players of all skill levels to improve in their abilities and knowledge of the game, while also developing teamwork and long-lasting friendships.
Dave has been coaching for over 10 years and at many different levels. QC Lacrosse was the starting point of his lacrosse career when he coached his daughter on the team. Dave is now not only a coach at QC Lacrosse, but head coach at Rancho Bernardo High School and San Diego State Women's Club Lacrosse Team.
